Electrical engineering, biomedical engineering, my focus seems all over the place, but it is driven towards a common drive: helping people.

Midway through college I began to refocus my efforts towards finding meaningful ways to help people and make a lasting impact. I felt this focus was the best way to ensure all the skills I’ve been building and the work I’ve been doing is worth it.

This started with working with medical devices to improve the quality of life for those suffering from diseases or disorders. I want to remove all the roadblocks that hinder their way of life and help them get back on their feet.

However, I quickly realized that there are many ways to make an impact, and to adjust to this reality I focus all of my efforts on adding value to people in any way I can. Whether that be volunteering to close in on education gaps, mentoring kids, providing emotional support, or anything that can make a difference. There are a lot of problems in the world and it can sometimes be overwhelming, but if we all chip away at them in areas that are within our control we can make the world a much better place for the next generation.
